X Grow our organization beyond the local level--expand further within the state of Wisconsin.
X Broaden our focus geographically.
X Investigate additional funding options, including grants.
X Continue to assist high school programs with equipment, information, updates, and resources.
X Develop and expand our internal committee structure so that more "work" is being done at the subcommittee level and we can have more quick, precise board meetings where the board is acting on solid recommendations from the committees.
X Conduct annual golf outing fundraiser and cash raffle fundraiser.
X Assist in the identification and development of qualified staff to fill automotive instructor vacancies at schools within the state as requested.
X Continue participating in career and job fairs throughout the state to promote automotive and truck-related careers and education.
X Establish electronic communication/distribution of information to WATEA members with email capabilities..
X Expand and enhance the WATEA website to become the leading resource for automotive and truck career and industry information and education in the state of Wisconsin.
X Grow and expand our mailing list for WATEA's Your Quarterly Connection newsletter to expand our reach, disseminate information about WATEA activities, training opportunities, and more to interested businesses, schools, educators, and individuals, etc. |
